We would like to Welcome you to Van Den Heuvel K9. Below are some standard policies for our clients to review. You are welcome to phone or E-mail our facility at anytime with questions. We will be certain to take the time to answer them in the greatest possible detail.
When a reservation is made to purchase one of our puppies or fully trained adults a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required.Deposits on puppies are only transferrable if there is not a ideally suited puppy within the specified litter for the clients needs. Should this be the case, then we will transfer you onto a different litter of the buyer's choice. It must, however, be a litter that takes place within a 6 month period from the time the deposit has been received.
We will take the time to develop a relationship with our perspective clientele to ensure that proper placement occurs with your new puppy and or fully trained adult dog.
In the event that a replacement is necessary, then buyers sole remedy will be with another K9. No cash refunds will be provided.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for their puppy and or adult. Should a replacement be necessary, the original dog will be returned, with the shipment costs to be at Buyer's expense, and return all of the dog's original AKC papers/Foreign export pedigree with transfer of ownership back to Seller. Shipping charges for the replacement dog will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We have a no cash refund policy on all purchases and payments.
